If you exceeds the number of pages, every additional page will be charged as an additional work.

Any quality that is not mentioned in Project will be charged as an attachment.

Completion time only includes working days (weekend and public holidays excluded)

Payment will be made by Customer within 15 days upon receipt of an invoice. In the event there is a delay in payment for more than 5 days from the due date

We provide 6 months website maintenance services for existing feature updates. After 6 months we will charge website maintenance cost.

The Company shall not be responsible for any changes displayed on the Website.

The conditions of the Company as stated hereunder shall not apply any type of such data and/or information as a User may disclose to another User. 

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups with respect to your website and we will not be responsible for repairing any client data or client websites except to intend that such data loss by us.

We and our team agree that we will not disclose any of your confidential information to any third party.

We reserve the right employ a firm or a person for any services that we have agreed to perform for you as we see fit.

We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer which is in any way quality or feature as a characteristics or inherent part of something to delay in performance or completion of our contract, however that delay become apparent.
